She was always early and ready which made the process seamless. She quickly understood what type of property we wanted and didn't waste her time or ours showing us inappropriate properties. Once we found the right one, she was awesome in helping us make the offer and all follow-ups with the seller, especially since we didn't know the ins and outs of the real estate market in Bozeman. Once the offer was negotiated and accepted, she held our hand through all of the contingency settlements, giving us the timeline for all steps to the completion, and following up to ensure that we did our part (getting insurance, making the deposit, having financing in place, working with the HOA, etc.), even when she was far away on the signing date.
