Located off Baxter Lane at Riata Road, Baxter Meadows West is a unique subdivision of single-family homes with large lots (up to 18,735 sq feet). The subdivision features recreational trails that connect to both a 10-acre Regional Park and the Gallatin County Regional Park, as well as beautiful views of the Bridger mountains.
Located about 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman, Baxter Meadows West allows for some elbow room but is still close to the Main Street dining, shopping, and amenities. Bozeman Sports Park, which has both grass and turf fields as well as a playground is right across the street. Additionally, Chief Joseph Middle School is located at the edge of the subdivision.
