Subdivision Spotlight – Eagle Rock Reserve
Eagle Rock Reserve is a private residential community east of Triple Tree. The 774-acre subdivision features 39 single-family homes, all on lots over 20 acres. It’s an extremely scenic and peaceful neighborhood, with regulations in place to protect the surrounding environment and quiet enjoyment for homeowners.
The subdivision is located at the base of Mt. Ellis and borders public land on the north edge. Additionally, Eagle Rock Reserve includes a community horse barn. Triple Tree Trail, Hyalite Canyon, Montana State University, and downtown Bozeman are all a short drive from the neighborhood.
