Subdivision Spotlight – Cobble Creek

Cobble Creek is located on the southside of Bozeman, off of Sourdough Road. While it isn’t an official subdivision, the neighborhood features luxury homes (many custom-builds) on large lots. Moreover, Cobble Creek boasts stunning views of the Gallatin Range.

The neighborhood allows for easy access to Hyalite Canyon, Montana State University, and downtown Bozeman.
