Martinez Springs is located south of Bozeman in Cottonwood Canyon. While it isn’t an official subdivision, the neighborhood features luxury homes on large lots. Martinez Springs feels very secluded and private but is still only a 20-minute drive to downtown Bozeman.

Additionally, it’s in close proximity to Hyalite Canyon recreational area and various other Bozeman amenities.
