Subdivision Spotlight – Triple Tree
The Triple Tree subdivision is located off of Sourdough Road in south Bozeman. It’s what remains of the original Triple Tree Ranch, which was subdivided into roughly 100 lots – ranging from 1.9 to 3.9 acres. The subdivision features all single-family, large, custom homes with beautiful surrounding mountain views. Triple Tree offers rural, country living, while still being a short drive to Downtown Bozeman.
Additionally, Triple Tree Trail – a 5.4 mile hike, runs along the edge of the neighborhood. Hyalite Canyon, Montana State University, and Downtown Bozeman are all a short drive from the subdivision.
